I must say that you impressed me. After calling my AAA (i have been a member for 41 years) i explained that i was under a time crunch to get Mercedes to the shop before they closed. After all of these non-relevant questions, I was told that they were extremely busy and it would be between 30 min to an hour and 30 min.i already wasted at least 20 minutes. East County Towing did in fact tow my truck, however they seemed disorganized. Once the truck was towed they didn't know how much to charge me, also they didn't do a very good job communicating. I was given a window of when the tow truck would arrive. Once that window came and went I heard nothing from them. I wasn't sure they were showing up until I received a call from the driver who didn't have my information after I had given it to their dispatch multiple times. I wouldn't recommend using them.
