at first, things started out fine. My loved one was placed here since it was the only place in town to take medicaid. Some nurses were nice, some rude. As time went on, however, nurses became increasingly more impatient, snappy, and ignoring my loved ones complaints. My loved one felt afraid to call on anyone for help because the nurses acted like it was such a bother and an inconvience to them to do their jobs. Terrible, smelly dirty place. They don’t take care of their residents. The food is gross and cold when the residents get it. The people there are beyond rude. Try Ridgewood instead or literally anywhere else.

I had nothing bad to say until the day I checked out went to breakfast got food but nothing to.drink bad move and then supposed to have meds to pick up at my pharmacy second day home and still no meds sent to pick up and remodeling noise startz at 530 in the morning not good

They are neglectful and do not care about the residence it is all a show they only care about the ones that get up and walk if you're in bed you're stuck there they're short staffed and every time I see my dad he's been dirty food all around and no clothes on if I was you I would not send any of my family members here it's a shame to see how they are treated I'm highly upset and will be getting in touch with their corporate
