10/10 experience with Madison’s Furniture! After placing our custom order, an issue came up at the manufacturer that was completely out of Madison’s control. We came in with our concerns and Reid and Ted worked with us to make everything right. The level of customer service was excellent throughout the process, and we’re very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Madison’s Furniture to anyone looking to shop with confidence.

We are returning customers at Madison’s. Reid is the absolute best — easy to work with, incredibly patient, and amazing at understanding the vision we have in our heads. I can explain an idea, and he’ll walk with us through the store, pulling pieces and offering thoughtful suggestions… even if I change my mind three times! His customer service is on another level.
