In this past year of having them be my main bank of choice, through good and bad with them (mostly due to my own choices on both) they have remained steadfast in their charming, kind, and personable relationship with me and those I know. Customer service is their forte and even in the times when they have been understaffed due to whatever reasons may be, they have still taken care of everything I know of in a timely and efficient manner. Wasn't even in the parking lot for 5 minutes and threatening to call the cops on me
Very rude and a bad attitude. I wanted to open an account but had some questions. They did not want to take the time to talk to me and answer my questions. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this bank. Will never do business with this bank. Good luck with this bank for any future needs if they treat you bad right off the bat.
