I've been using this bank for almost 30 years. They gave me my first loan and saw us through a lot of changes. Great services, wonderful people, and really convenient now with a branch in Bozeman. At a time when customer service is becoming less important everywhere and you can't even talk to a human on the phone, this bank provides personal attention and genuine interest. They actually LIKE their customers...
Only business or financial institution that ever demanded I enter my full social security number on their website. I told them no other bank has ever asked to enter these specific 10 digits on-line. They told me I had 30 days to close my account. A 14 year customer is that easy to shine on. And to think this was my home town bank. Good riddance
Madison Valley Bank is (BY FAR) the best bank or credit union I have ever dealt with. I went with them for a mobile home loan and they did everything within their power to ensure that we got into our home as fast as possible. Both the loan officer Kim Bergo and the manager Sam were amazing to work with and I couldn’t possibly ask for anything more.
