IF I can Find a parking place up close Or One of the Only 4 Four Handicap parking places when I return home, I enjoy my private balcony of flowers ) However 6 yrs of the woman above me up Alll night moving furniture And Bouncing in Bedroom (I hear NO Walking!) & she’s still lying about it, & maybe she has a Drinking problem That’s not Safe to not remember or be aware that she IS up all night- Quiet time IS 9PM I keep a low profile & mind my Own business• However the neighbor Up above me Sleeps Naps 7pm-10pm Every evening So ... read more
