I went here twice. I really had nothing to complain about until I missed an appointment. I was hit with a surprise fee (which no one told me about or was on the business card). I asked to make a new appointment, the receptionist tells me “we don’t book appointments in advance.” What do you mean? This appointment was book a week ago. She made it very clear that she didn’t wanna be bothered with me and told me to call back another day.
