Company is straight trash.
We are a lender and have used Madison for many years. While no servicer is perfect, they do a great job. They are responsive, have corrected any mistakes and have been very patient with us. They are a smaller shop but that gives them the personalized service we need. I regularly email the owners, and they are responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the lending business.
I am disappointed by the company's inability to provide thorough and transparent answers to questions. It's analogous to dining at a restaurant, ordering from the menu, and discovering they lack knowledge and ingredients, requiring you to provide guidance, resources and oversight while they receive compensation. Their failure to acknowledge customer reviews suggests a lack of integrity and accountability. I look forward to the day when they will address these concerns.
