My experience was quick and painless and we found some really great, quality, and affordable furniture. Robert D was super helpful providing recommendations for what I was looking for an in our price range!
Would absolutely buy from them again. I ordered a reception desk and was very pleased with the quality, especially for the price. Matt A was awesome to work with, answered all my questions (I had lots!), and even sent me images of actual pieces from the showroom so I could get a better sense of the material / color options. Delivery was smooth and professional. The desk took a little longer to put together than I expected, but it was not bad at all.

"White Glove Delivery" is $1000 to have your furniture delivered from the loading dock to your unit. No unpacking or assembly. There was no communication of when it was ready for delivery. I would never order from this company and I would steer everyone else away from them so long as I'm breathing.
