I don't even know where to begin with this review! This place and these people not only saved my mom but also saved me. My mom went into the hospital on October 27th with emergency surgery and she was on a ventilator for a few days and spent a couple of weeks in the hospital. We were then sent to Care partners in Asheville and we were there for a couple of weeks when she got very sick. I come and visit my grandpa occasionally and the care is usually decent but witnessed a dark headed Med nurse screaming and yelling in this CNAs ear and pushing her around in the halls. The nurse was absolutely belligerent to the poor girl, the cna got sent home and was crying on the way out. I have never witnessed that in a facility before. Very unprofessional manner and it makes me wonder how that nurse could possibly treat my grandpa.

This place is super clean and doesn't "smell" like a facility. Everyone is so nice and polite and dressed really well. They act and look very professional. (2nd shifters)

There are not enough words to share how wonderful this facility and it's staff were for my great aunt! They were professional, compassionate, loving, and always went above and beyond the call of duty for her care. Thank you all.
