Stay far away! We gave them our tax information and they held onto it for months. We had to hound them weekly to work on it and was assured it would be done that week only for it to get pushed back another week. It took them 3 months to finally complete it. Then they overcharged us and didn't file it for weeks. They are so unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if I could.
I can't say enough about Jill Spalding, Carolyn, and all that work here. They are professional. Kind, and accommodating. I can go to them anytime of the year if I have questions or need something and they are always willing to find a way to help.
