This is hands down the best furniture store I have ever visited they also do custom pieces upon request.
I would 100% not recommend the pressure they place on you to buy the protection plan. Don’t do it!! The couch I purchased from Madison was “hand crafted in North Carolina” and is just ok and not worth the cost ($5k) in my opinion. In fact after a year it collapsed in the middle requiring me to stuff extra pillows and a 3” foam mattress under the cushion.
