They need to do better most of their drives are not nice at all.

Worst buses I ever seen, I just came to the bus stop, he didn’t even open the bus door, he just leaving, 19 number bus and 9:28 AM Bus.
I wish MCT would send rider alerts out for busses in the Granite City area like they do for all the other areas. It seems that they only do that for the wealthy areas of the district. They have some of the rudest dispatchers. When you ask for their name, they will hang up on you so you can't name them in a complaint.
