Walk in around noon. Needed to register the car I purchased from out of state from a used car dealer. Lady said she couldn't accept the title because it had two different "owners". I had a bill of sale that makes it obvious the two are related/co-owners. She didn't tell me what I needed to do to correct the issue. I went to the Tax Collector in Flora and they processed it with no issues. Hilarious, but a waste of time.
I went to pay my property taxes on yesterday 8am first thing in morning on March 8 after getting off a late night 9hr shift, the black teller who was in the 4th cubicle, who I came in contact with to pay my property taxes on my home was very rude, couldn't give me a solid answer to my question that I asked about the percentage of what I would pay if a late fee has accrued. Also the teller had a mask on her face in which I had a very hard time understanding what she was saying while assisting me, plus she made a smart comment... read more
The call keeps hanging up. I have been trying to get thru for 2 months. I tried calling a different department and they would not transfer me. I am at my wits end!
