A very curious law firm that tips off the VLSC so that it does not have to pay its employee, and can get its invoice of about $8k paid: Victorian Legal Services Commissioner v Hu (Legal Services) [2026] VCAT 77 (6 February 2026) Arguably a smart move tacticly on the $8k, but strategically, really? You bet the other employees are looking for a way out.
