Impatient and rude over the phone – I called about their white wine selection and was spoken to in a very harsh manner. When I called back the old man over the phone started yelling.
Poor service. Small selection – I was in the neighborhood looking for specific vodka, which is not that rare to find in New York. The store itself is very small with small, ordinary selection of liquors. When I've asked the old man behind the counter for that specific vodka, I received a reply: "I don't want to hear about it. BYE!" and showed me the door. That's what I got only by asking a simple question if that store sells specific liquor.
