Just my experience. Total joke. I bought my first bike here over 20 years ago, followed by two more bikes over the years. Recently, I left my road bike for an upgrade and repair. The owner promised it would be done in a few days, but over four weeks passed with no progress. Each week, he blamed delays on Brexit, claiming parts were unavailable—more lies. Turned up three times during advertised opening hours for a new chain and spoke re-tension and shut on all occasions. No answer to phone 10+ times. Not sure how / if still in business.
