i purchased a photo frame and when i got home after unwrapping it discovered there was ink signatures on the plastic cover (no glass) so it’s no good for a photo. i returned it straight away (within 30 minutes of purchasing) and was told by the supervisor I had done the writing on the plastic. i showed her all the other ones on display and she said “oh ok”. Tried to contact shop via telephone call. No answer between 11.00am -11.20am 31.01.24. Very poor ,no wonder business is going slow.

My mother fell in the Redlynch store as there was so much stock in the aisles. No-one in the store was of any use and she was so very lucky there was a trainee paramedic in the store. The aisle was so cluttered there was no room for a chair so she had to be placed on a yellow safety step stool. I have made numerous complaints to the owner of the stores and he hasn't bothered to respond. The manager accepted full responsibility for the incident.
