Pretty Rubbish. The workers are extremely rude, and once a young woman started yelling at me about a refund policy. I bought a ball of wool, but when I came home I realised it was the wrong colour. I didn't even remove the cover thing around the centre, barely touched it, just left it in my bag. Then the girl I think her name was Poppy started shouting and waving her hand about some random policy, and wouldn't refund me. So disappointed. Disappointed to have bought a faulty product. Unfortunately for me I didn’t return within their 14 day period due to my circumstances. I’ve never heard of this policy before. Buyer beware ! I didn’t like the fact that none of the floor staff have autonomy to give a refund. I was given an email to take my concern up with. On a previous visit I had an issue with pricing (overcharged) and once again the floor staff needed to contact their boss to sort it out. The days of the customer being right seem to have disappeared!!

i purchased a photo frame and when i got home after unwrapping it discovered there was ink signatures on the plastic cover (no glass) so it’s no good for a photo. i returned it straight away (within 30 minutes of purchasing) and was told by the supervisor I had done the writing on the plastic. i showed her all the other ones on display and she said “oh ok”. I asked for a refund (had a receipt) and was told that they would have to contact the manager as it’s their day off and no one is allowed to do refunds apart from the man... read more

Poor customer service and poor refund policy
