I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff was unhelpful, and I felt that there was a clear bias in how customers were treated. It seemed that only white customers received attention and assistance, which was incredibly frustrating. I had intended to purchase a few items, but after feeling racially profiled, I chose to leave and went to another store in the mall where I received excellent service. jeans shopping is rarely fun but this store and Alisha made it the best! so many options and they know what they are doing!
I had a good experience at this store. Employees helped me find different styles and sizes. They also do alterations for free which was very nice. They helped with pinning. Also saw madewell does a trade in old jeans for $20 towards a new pair which I didn’t use, but I’d love to in the future to reduce waste
Went here with the girlfriend to try on dresses. She enjoyed it. Seemed fine to me. Clean and well lit
