I was looking for a bag that wasn’t online yet (I saw a TikTok post). So I decided to call this Madewell in hopes of them having it in stock. Lynden, the sales associate, picked up and kindly searched the store and inventory for the bags. When she located them, she put two aside for me. I was there in 15 min and out in 5. Great service! Kind associate!
