Courtney was phenomenal with helping me find the jeans I was looking for. She assisted me with ordering to the store sizes and styles that would work for me. She turned my anxiety into a positive experience both times she saw me and she’s the reason I’ll return to this Madewell in the future
Escobar did a wonderful job today at Madwell. Super professional and kind, very good employee. 10/10 for courtesy and respect!
I visited 07/25/25 Towards the end of visiting this location, I had a terrible experience with I think her name is Veronica? She was very rude and seemed annoyed. She would not let me finish speaking/explaining about an order. Not sure if I would come to this location again.
