Worst experience I’ve ever had at a retail store. I bought an item and the cashier gave me the wrong product, but still charged me for the one I actually wanted. I had to waste my time driving back and forth just to get their mistake fixed. Completely unacceptable. I will never shop here again.
The ladies that helped me on Friday night were incredible! I wish I had asked their names. They helped me figure out a size for a product they didn’t have in store so I could order online and just chatted and made me feel so welcomed. I don’t shop in store much anymore, but they definitely made it a wonderful experience and made me want to go back!
Review of My First Visit to Madewell I visited Madewell on July 21, 2025, during the early afternoon, and it was my first time shopping at this store, as there isn't one in my area. rude employees, they ask if other customers needed help when walking in but not one comes up to me and asks while they just watch me walk around. i wonder why
