Exceptional customer service !
It’s truly peculiar how employees purposely do not greet people of color when they enter their store. My mom and I walked in at two different times, but neither of us was greeted. It wasn’t crowded either. When another lady walked in right after my mom, they were immediately greeted. I took a star away because nothing was on sale. Military discount loved that amazing sales associate very helpful store organized!
My wife was searching to find her "next favorite jeans". We were unaware if Madewell jeans, but when visiting the store, we were impressed with variety of types/styles/fit. We took our time and she tried on many options. After many attempts, she was unable to find what she was looking for and decided to try another day. If that was the end of the story, there would be no headlines.
