Hire attentive and courteous staff. Around 2pm on Tuesday, no one offered assistance and emptied the dressing room of items I’d collected before I had a chance to try them on. You’d be surprised who is ready and willing to spend, I’m sure there’s some sort of sales quota to fill… better off buying online
Terrible quality and customer service
We usually go to Madewell located at Fort Lauderdale, and to my surpise they re-open the store in Village of Merrick Park. So, I accompanied my daughter, and we were very pleased with this sales associate, Alexa. She was very kind, caring and very honest, she helped my daughter choose the perfect outfit for a special upcoming event. We will definitely come back!!!
I am a regular customer of the store but the customer service and attitude is the worst... a little empathy is needed...
