this madewell is not friendly anymore. no one acknowledged us or recognized that i am one of their oldest and top customers. i haven’t been able to shop there since their very kind and competent manager left. it is no longer inviting. the worst part is that they didn’t even smile at my beautiful children. so sad. i asked one girl about another wash in the new lowrise jean shorts. “yeah, not in this store, probably online” is how she responded. older associates would have whipped out the ipad, showed the other colors and woul... read more
