Amazing customer service here. I got home and realized there was a very small stain on my brand new pants that I hadn’t noticed. I believe it was Timothy who helped me and exchanged them. He was so kind, got me an untouched pair from the back, set me up with a dressing room to make sure they worked and said he’d grab another pair for me to try if they didn’t. I usually buy expensive luxury denim and let me tell you those stores wouldn’t have done that for me!! And great pants too. I’ll be back.
