I was looking for a very specific bag for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and Jennifer at the Ross Park store went above and beyond to help me find it. She took the time to track it down and made sure it would be delivered in time for Christmas. This is what real service looks like. Finding the right pair of jeans always feels like a challenge, but the staff at this Madewell were truly great. Angie was so sweet, kind, and helpful, and brought so much ease to my experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the outfit so much they cut the tags off and let me walk out of the store with it.
