Finding the right pair of jeans always feels like a challenge, but the staff at this Madewell were truly great. Angie was so sweet, kind, and helpful, and brought so much ease to my experience. I ended up wanting a wash that wasn’t in the store, so they ordered and shipped me exactly what I wanted. My new jeans are a perfect fit—which is not something I say lightly! Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the outfit so much they cut the tags off and let me walk out of the store with it.
I was not greeted by anyone when I entered the store. I was looking around and saw some things I liked. However, I was looking for plus sized items that I know they keep in the back. I walked up to the young lady who was working by the dressing rooms, she walked away to let someone in, that's fine but when she was done walked back over looked me right in the face said nothing and started moving around trying to act busy.
