The women at this store are amazing. After a very stressful day that ended in tears in other dressing rooms the girls here not only helped me find exactly what I needed but made me feel so much better about everything. And now everytime I wear those jeans not only do I feel amazing, but I remember how kind and sweet these girls were to me.
The vibes at this location are off. The workers greet you but don’t give off the energy like they’re actually interested in you buying anything or making you feel welcome in the store.
Terrible customer service from the two women working when I came in last week. They were both middle age (50’s) and seemed happier chatting amongst themselves rather than greeting the customers or offering assistance. I tried on multiple pairs of jeans and never once was I asked how it was going or if I needed help. I had to redress 2-3 times in between try-ons to go get different sizes for myself.
