Clarissa did a spectacular job assisting in finding the literal perfect fit. There was a real sense of someone spending time to give you the jeans of your own dreams!
I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. As someone who used to work at Madewell, I love to pop into the store’s different locations. The women that work here are darling. They’re so incredibly helpful and great with recommending alternatives or helping with sizing. Will obviously be back!
