I was at the Madewell at Mosaic trying to return jeans that I had purchased from the Tysons Corner location, but I didn't realize they were a final sale item. The salesperson at Mosaic told me there was a sign indicating the final sale policy. I politely explained that there had been no such sign at the Tysons location and added that I wished the sales associates there had informed me.
