Very attentive staff, wonderful shopping trip!
Came in for the first time since they remodeled and loved the experience start to finish. Staff was attentive but not overbearing as it was slower. Helped me find some updated jeans- i have been putting this off for too long. Looking forward to my next trip out there!
Went in store for a return and the two staff members that handled the return were extremely rude. Love the brand but that is the first and last time I will visit the Kierland Madewell store.
No customer service. Or maybe wrong race. Walked into this store as I always shop at Madewell Austin. No one greeted us, no one asked what we needed. Nothing. Again invisible. It’s pretty sad.
