Not impressed
Asia was super helpful! I liked the fit of a pair of jeans but not the wash. She was very helpful with getting them ordered to be shipped to me. I walked out with one pair of jeans and another headed my way!
Went in looking for some sneakers but they didn’t have them in store… Asia helped me order them online while in store and was so incredibly nice! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time, will always be a customer at this store!!
Went to pay for 4 items, asked to use the restroom after spending time finding what I needed- was told they have no costumer restroom under any circumstances-and to find one “a block away” at the bank alley. Seriously poor experience when you’re willing to spend money and get treated like a robot. First negative review I’ve written. Love the clothes - costumer treatment- not so much.
