Love madewell. The staff on king street is a bit overbearing. Let me browse, please. I'll let you know if I need help after you've asked me multiple times if I need anything within the 5 minutes of my visit. I felt rushed and stressed to the point I bought jeans elsewhere.
Shopped jeans! It was amazing. Samantha was so helpful and nice.
Went in to this store with my family shopping while on vacation. Samantha treated everyone in our group as a major inconvenience and it was probably the worst Madewell experience ever. We have shopped at Madewell often back in our home city, but never again. Samantha needs some customer service training for sure.
Really terrible company. It’s almost comical that their name means something they don’t offer. I used to shop here a lot, but the staff is rude and the jeans rip within a few weeks.
