Went in to return some shoes and shop around today. Based on the reviews, I expected it to be a bad experience. I'm plus size so I expected to not have anything in my size. I expected staff to be rude based on what other customers said. However, this was not the case. Staff were so helpful and so kind! I even found a fab pair of jeans in 16W. Loved my first experience going here. Thanks 😊
Customer service was lacking. Only a very few times in my life have I seen such a rude associate. Luckily, it was my daughter buying it for herself because I would’ve walked out without buying anything and I won’t go back either. Upstairs associate April 16 at 5:40 in case you care to follow up🤷🏻♀️
Love madewell. The staff on king street is a bit overbearing. Let me browse, please. I'll let you know if I need help after you've asked me multiple times if I need anything within the 5 minutes of my visit. I felt rushed and stressed to the point I bought jeans elsewhere.
