This has to be the rudest store. Gave me the riot act on returning an item with receipt two days late of the 30 days. I am a good customer and spend a lot at Madewell but no more. The red headed manager has the attitude that is so off putting and nasty
Tony was the best!! She was so helpful and patient! I couldn’t have found the best three jeans of my life if it weren’t for her!
I went to exchange a blazer, and my clerk went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. They didn't have the blazer that I was wanting in my size, so she researched every Madewell and gave me the number of the stores that showed that they had one in stock. I called the Dallas Store the next day, and they had one in stock. I received my Jackie within a couple of days. Thank you so very much to the lady at the Oxmoor Madewell.
This place makes terrible products… All of it is over priced and cheap material.
