I actually did NOT get to use Mrs. Alvarado's services but I'm writing this review anyway for a couple reasons. I've worked in customer service for a long time and I know quality customer service when I see it. I just recently moved out into the middle of the Delaware State Forest. I live very remotely and am unable to get around easily. I called around for a notary and Mrs. Alvarado was the first to answer. I am very happy with Madeline's service. She did a great job transferring titles for us. It wasn't easy work and required a lot of forms. She had everything necessary and did a wonderful job.
