Bing, bang, boom. That’s how easy it was to work with this company. I just moved to Windsor and wanted nice blinds for my home. I shopped around and my girlfriend told me about Made to Shade. I’m so happy she did. From Michael coming with colours and measurements to Dave and Bob installing the blinds. The experience was first class all the way! My blinds look great and they make my place look great. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else
Having a corroded chain replaced under warranty, was a breeze. Customer service rep arrived exactly when promised, and took amount of time quoted. Not only that, but while on site was attentive and efficient. He even put up with 4 yapping dogs and managed to stay quick and professional. And now it’s plastic so the problem is gone for good! 5/5 ⭐️
I absolutely love my blinds! The quality is amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments from everyone who visits. It was such a pleasure dealing with Michael—he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve already recommended Matthew and the team to several people.
