Recently my daughter was house sitting at my brother’s home. She pulled the chord on the window curtain and it broke. Knowing my sister in law had purchased her window dressing from Made to Shade ,several years ago,I contacted Michael at his office. He promptly sent someone to replace the chord. I’ve had this company out more than once to install blinds in different areas of the house. They are always professional and punctual. Great workmanship and the pricing is always fair!
I’ve been a customer of made to shade for a few years now. Every interaction is delightful and every promise is kept. Michael is very knowledgeable and professional as are all the staff who have installed the shades. They have quite a lot of options to pick from as well that elevate your space. They go above and beyond and have been very accommodating for me and my family. I strongly recommend if you’re on a budget or if you’re looking to splurge.
Purchased many blinds for my home from this company. There has been an issue with one blind in general. After several attempted approaches to repair in my home its still an issue. I have called 3x and no reply according to this issue. Would not recommend this company, as their warranty policy is not to standard.
