Specifically I’d like to comment on the options she presented us to meet our budget requirements, no high pressure sales tactics , gave us insight on what we can do to keep costs down , knows the local market well on sewing of custom shears and what our options where . Dean has been installing and servicing our blinds for 4 years now and every visit we are so impressed with his level of knowledge and attention to detail. The product is beautiful and look so nice in our windows. Every new window we put in we call them to cover it. Plus him and his partner are just the loveliest people to have in your home. Kind and caring and generous.
Rosanne and Dean were great! We got new window shades for our office expansion and managed to match existing shades for the new window at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the result - highly recommended!
