Poor communication, unreliable, this is not good service.
Mike was very professional and had kept my window measurements from when we first contacted him for a quote over a year ago. He was able to quickly place an order and plan an install date as soon as possible. We absolutely love our shutters and are looking forward to placing our next order in the near future. Install guy Albert I believe, was friendly and fast as well.
Marlin and his installers were accurate, double checked things and even picked up a slight manufacturer error (they missed a couple of stiches) that I would not have noticed and made it perfect. Quality high, service great, and I have already recommended to friends.
Made an appointment for an in-home consultation. Rep was a no show and didn't call. Disappointing customer service. I've gone elsewhere.
I thoroughly enjoyed the process of choosing blinds while working with Marlin. He provided numerous options of window coverings, and was patient and helpful with me during the process of choosing. There were so many options!! Installation was easy and painless for us as Made in the Shade was so flexible and could fit our schedules. I would highly recommend Made in the Shade to anyone looking for blinds and window coverings. We are so pleased with the blinds we have installed.
