Our business thought they were very easy to work with, until the end product. It’s been half a year since we finished shooting the commercial for our business, and we have not heard anything. We have reached out multiple times, but they will not respond to us whatsoever. We have paid them and everything. Quick edit, another month since posting the original comment and even more attempts to reach out and still nothing.

I signed up and paid for a 30 second commercial back in January. It is now nearing the end of August and I've called them and left multiple messages and cannot get a call back. I'm beginning to suspect fraud.
