Overall I like their stuff but the shipping can be slow and the communication quite lacking. Better to buy at their store if you have that option. Side note to them: they should invest in smaller boxes for shipping smaller quantities
Only ordered a small amount ($350 worth) but what an unnecessarily difficult interaction (multiple). Ordered mid June, after 5 emails and 3 phone calls, a lost order (only found that out after I called the third time and expressed frustration), my order arrived today, poorly match bowls (they are not as advertised and I already have the set, was topping up) and a chipped cup (no sign of the chipped piece, went through all the packaging so it was packed this way).
