I received a dozen as a gift which were shipped to me, over half were badly damaged. The packaging was austere and not befitting the overpriced , oversweet, lousy cookies/macarons. Additionally, after providing pictures, Pauline's simply blamed U.P.S. No refund or replacement offered. I Do Not recommend this establishment. The goods were inferior along with their customer service. At almost $3.00 per tiny cookie, I advise you to buy something else.
