The best shop for homewares, so many beautiful things. Fantastic service, advice and kindness you showed me. Thank you for taking your time to help me, wish I could post a photo of the beautiful arrangement I bought for a reasonable price. 6 stars
Not existent customer service.!!. Very rude. Grey haired woman behind counter too engrossed in her computer to even lift her head to say hello . Had money to spend. But completely ignored..won't be back
This shop has weird opening hours, I had called past a couple of times before but it was always closed . Rude man outside wanted to know what I was doing when I peered through the window. I could see people inside, apparently the shop was open but nobody wanted my business or my money. I guess I am not the type of customer that they want. Turns out that the rude man is the owner. Beautiful products, friendly and professional service. Amazing to watch an interaction between the retail assistant and an unpleasant customer who interrupted a sale to ask for a price, turned her back as the answer was being given and then threatened to leave poor reviews because she was " from Sydney". I expected the retail assistant to say something snarky under her breath but instead she smiled pleasantly and continued on with the sale in front of her. I hope the unpleasant customer realised her attitude was uncalled for... read more
