My experience was satisfactory until I encountered unprofessional behavior from a young staff member. On the day I learned that I had contracted COVID-19, she proceeded to request a cancellation fee. Despite my explanation of the situation, the fee was still enforced. Consequently, I have opted to seek services from an alternative provider, as there are numerous physiotherapy options available.

I had booked with Dr Ryan, but someone else has come to see me. That physiotherapist has no idea what sort of pain I am in. I had paid $110 for nothing.

My Doctor kinda stuffed me around with a certificate to get bulk billed. When I realised he'd given me the wrong one and was in a lot pain and needed help the owner said she'd do a payment plan for me so I could pay off slowly that suited me with being short on money. I was over the moon with all the staff there but mainly a shout out to the owner Tanya, Siya (Physiotherapist) and Elyse (Remial Massage) I'm no longer in pain and can use my arm fully!

I can't recommend Ryan's team at Maddington Physiotherapy enough (Nikky)✨️ They know their stuff! Hydro therapy, strength training and skin needling did the trick.Im ready to get back to work, bring on 2025 😁

Physio Siya is amazing. I had severe hip and back pain, I couldn't hardly walk, was crying in pain, medication not helping. I am 59 yrs old, waiting for surgery for severe hip degeneration due to un-diagnosed hip dysplasia. Siya used her amazing phyio skills and dry needling to reduce pain by about 90 %. I couldnt believe I could walk properly with almost zero pain and had increased movement. She was really caring, understanding, knowledgeable and skillfull. Thank you Siya :)
