Maddens Lawyers are absolutely amazing, the support, professionalism and attention to detail was superb. Would highly recommend their services.
I joined a class action in 2022. I had consistent communication which was great for the first year and then that communication started to get less and less. Fast forward to 2025, I have emailed 3 times asking for an update and they have ignored every email. I’ve even forwarded the email to the principal, still nothing. I understand it’s a no win no pay but they can’t even have the decency to update me which is a real shame.
Maddens Lawyers provided great advice, support and ultimately secured a very good outcome in what was a very difficult case for me. In particular Genevieve Faulkner and Brendan Pendergast were of immense help. I would not hesitate to recommend Maddens to anyone needing legal services.
