Hired Madd Hatter to take care of bats getting into our home. Tom was able to set up the exclusion while we were at work. Excellent service and quality work from start to finish. The bats unfortunately returned, but Tom was right back out there until they were excluded for good! Truly a man of his word, great work, great service, would recommend to anybody experiencing issues with bats.
We had a reoccurring squirrel that kept getting into the ceiling of our kitchen. Without luck from other local companies, I called Tom at Madd Hatters. He promptly came out and assessed and solved the problem. He’s a very thorough communicator, which made the experience even better. He’ll definitely be my first phone call if/when animal removal is needed.
So knowledgeable. So helpful. So thourogh and effective. I would absolutely recommend them. We had a opening in the soffet to pur garage attic. Not only did he trap the racoon in just 1 day, but he also repaired the soffet for us so it wouldn't happen again.
