Tom was great to work with. Super professional, very clear on the work that needed to be done, and transparent pricing right up front. Communication was great and the work was done when he said it would be done. Would absolutely work with him again, but hopefully critters decide to just stay out of the house.

Poor communication. Extremely difficult to meet or discuss action plan. He will trap the critters for 10 days and then call it good. Independent of if the problem has been addressed or even improved
Tom puts a lot of care into this work and is very knowledgeable about the habits of different critters that might be making their way into your home. He always gives updates about trap activity and when he plans to come next. Highly recommend!
