After I paid the deposit they stopped responding to my emails and voicemails. I didn't have any news from them for 3 weeks until I finally asked for my money back and then suddenly they started responding. My US tax return was prepared at the very last minute before my deadline and the preparation was very rushed with lots of errors. Honestly don't know where all these good reviews come from, questionable source, since my experience has been far from professional. 8 minutes late to our 15 minutes consultation and then ghosted my numerous emails and phone call follow-ups to get the forms to begin cross border tax process. Mukul is not a professional. I'd stay away and find someone else who has some professional courtesy. Two voicemails, two emails, receptionist claiming she'd get in touch with Mukul on my behalf and still crickets.
