Pottery Painting Fun! An outstanding afternoon of fun with the kids - the Mad Platter lets you paint your choice of pottery pieces which they then fire to finish. We paint and ornament with our son every year! Full of great gifts for the grandparents!
Makes a great gift We have been to Mad Platter 3 separate times now! It is a great place to make that special gift for the grandparents. It doesn't come cheap though. They are a little pricey, but great for that special occasion. I was a little overwealmed by how creative you have to be. It's much easier to just hand the paintbrushes over to my 2 year old and let her go to town! Fun but a Little Pricey I took the twins to the Mad Platter. Although it was fun and we came home with a great product I felt like it was a little expensive. Not only do you pay for the item you paint, but also for the studio time FOR EACH PERSON.
Fun, pricey The Mad Platter can be a fun, relaxing way to spend a few hours, just be prepared that it doesn't come cheap! Also, it can be difficult to get someone to assist you, and you have to keep asking questions to get what you want. They could use more enthusiastic employees. Overall, it's still a fun way to be creative.
