I had a very bad experience with their return policy. The policy is a scam. I bought their shoes, tried them on around my house, and returned them within 24hrs. They did not accept the return. They offered me $49 store credit or for me to pay to ship them back(which would be the third time I have payed for shipping on these shoes). These options are useless, $49 for $170 shoes is unreasonable for unused shoes.
