I have used Madrock for a long time. I just happened to be in LA and stopped in for another harness and some shoes. Great team running this place and great equipment!
Jake remains the best employee at any establishment
Literally terrible customer service, tried to shame me for returning brand new shoes with a bit of chalk on them. Then tried to keep them, then offered $40 for them back as a credit. Shoes aren’t good and customer service is a disrespectful 0/10. Skip the hassle go to your local store -update- they’re refusing to send them back and now only offering a $49 credit, so they’re basically stealing
I can't emphasize enough how friendly and helpful they were in trying to find a shoe that fit. Unfortunately I couldn't find something for my weirdly shaped heels but they were super patient and genuinely invested in helping.
Super knowledgeable staff. I can’t ever find shoes the fit right and this guy took the time to go through all the shoe differences in the whole lineup. Walked out with great fitting shoes!
