Avoid this company. My experience with Mad Rock's customer service and return process was incredibly disappointing. I received a defective product with bent and damaged edges from them, didn't even end up using it and told my brother to just return, and instead of taking responsibility, they argued and wrote to him that I must have caused the damage myself. I had a very bad experience with their return policy. The policy is a scam. I bought their shoes, tried them on around my house, and returned them within 24hrs. They did not accept the return. They offered me $49 store credit or for me to pay to ship them back(which would be the third time I have payed for shipping on these shoes). These options are useless, $49 for $170 shoes is unreasonable for unused shoes.
