My go to bike repair/tune-up location. Carlos and team are not pretentious (which you'll frequently experience at many local bike shops). Even if you happen to be a novice, they won't make you feel dumb. And if you are an experienced rider, they can discuss options for parts and repair with you, in detail. The work is always quality and they stand behind it. This has made me very loyal to their brand. Coupled with the Dynamic Bike Fit inside, this is your one stop shop for all things bikes. As of me writing this review they have a 4.8 star rating for a reason. Carlos is absolutely the best and the owner Mark is as well. They are so chill, but also very up front and honest. Carlos genuinely cares about fixing any issues with your bike. Like he will work on the bike as if it was his own. He will test each of his repairs or builds over and over to make sure whatever you brought it in for is resolved. I wish this store was in Dallas with the same team of Carlos and Mark working it. Mike and Carlos are extremely genuine and deserve your business. I called to try and get a last minute wheel swap done on my bike so that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced in my day to day workout and they were able to easily accommodate me. I won’t bring my bike anywhere else!
Mark & Carlos always go above and beyond with the customer service & high quality workmanship! This is the bike shop we use religiously and recommend to all other cyclists. It is worth complimenting them that they have created a welcoming and open environment for riders of all ages, gender, & experience levels which for a bike shop can be a rare quality.
