Walked in brand new to skiing but had a lot of questions about everything from boots to skis to helmets and bindings. Right away I was helped by a man who I didn’t catch his name sadly, but he did teach me some South African slang. He was very attentive, patient and informative of everything that I asked. Also taught me a lot of things as well. Incredibly pleased with my time there and more than happy spending my money there as well. Great work guys.
Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a ski/snowboard shop in the Vancouver area. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, letting me try lots of different gear. Even when they didn’t have what I wanted, they still helped me find another way to buy it. I bought my snow goggles here today, and with their great discounts (up to 40% on some last-season gear), I’ll definitely come back and buy from them whenever they have what I need. Came in for ski gear for the kids, the staff was Very helpful and knowledgeable. The helped us find the right kit in the right fit.
don't sell things you don't have in stock
if I could give less than 1 star I would. they sold me a pair of skis they did not have in stock and then proceeded to offer me skis a full 10 cm larger than the pair I originally ordered instead? ridiculous
