Friendly staff but not the place to go for ski equipment advice or boot fitting. They sized my son’s ski boots 2 sizes too big. It ruined the first 3 days of our ski vacation, where we ended up buying new boots from a ski shop that knew how to fit a boot properly.

This store has gone way downhill. I shopped here periodically for years and they always had good knowledgeable staff that were personable, helpful, and clearly dedicated skiers/boarders. I recently brought some boots in for a heat mold. The customer service was terrible. Staff don’t seem to know much about anything and honestly don’t seem like they want to help anyone. This store really is hit and miss period. I've been getting my ski and snowboard supplies from here for years. I went in after purchasing some ski boots to get my bottom plates replaced, which didn't seem like a very big issue, and I was told they would ordered and be in within a week. I've returned twice, Matt who was supposed to order them is never there, i've left my number from the original order and the 2 visits after ordering, they can't even reply? It's been over four weeks. I went to this store looking for a jacket, pants, and helmet in size L, but they didn’t have any of the items I needed. On top of that, there was no staff available to assist me. I spent around 25 minutes in the store and didn’t even receive a simple ‘hi’ from anyone. Very disappointing experience.
