We rented bikes from Mad Dogs and rode from Monterey to Carmel along the 17 mile drive. It was a highlight of our vacation! I wanted to do it again the next day. Weather was good and the bikes were reliable. Customer service top notch both at the Carmel store and the Monterey store.
This is a beautiful shop, staffed with generous and friendly folks! We stopped in for some air in our hotel rental bikes and they lent us their pump for a top up. We’ve been by before and it was a similar friendly experience. Great selection of Specialized bikes, electric and acoustic. Highly recommend a visit!!
Awesome shop they have everything you're looking for
Had an awesome time with the bikes from this shop! From the Customer service from Isaiah and Stevie to the amazing views on the bike ride itself. They have multiple side cars available for dogs and our high maintenance dog loved it! Can’t wait to come back!
Had a great experience here! A young lady helped my family and we had a blast we ended up riding down the bike trail and really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back again!
