Had a great experience here! A young lady helped my family and we had a blast we ended up riding down the bike trail and really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back again!
Don’t buy your e bike here expecting that it will be possible to bring it back here for the free checkups. They don’t have technicians at this location all the time and will do everything they can to just get you to go to the Carmel location instead for servicing. Like I’m going to bike there or lug my heavy e bike in my car there for regular servicing, especially when the reason I bought the bike at a local shop was the promise that I could get it serviced there conveniently. Came in to have my new electric bike looked at and had a safety check done. I didn't buy it here, but put it together myself and wanted that peace of mind that everything was put together properly. It was completed in about an hour and a half and they did find something that wasn't correct and fixed it, and lubed it up. It feels so much better and have the peace of mind I was looking for! Thank you! Mechanic was nice and friendly.
An absolute highlight of our trip to California - we have a superb day on our e-bikes, taking in 17 mile drive from Monterey to Carmel. Such friendly service and great advice for our day out. Thoroughly recommended
We had the best time on our e bikes with our dog! Mary was so kind, helpful and patient with our anxious/reactive dog! Would highly recommend this to anyone in the area for a fun, beautiful day with your pet! You can easily go from the shop near cannery row in Monterey, to Carmel, pebble beach and back for the day! Amazing experience!
